cool man, just found this today. These kinds of things are what make NG special, I think. I think the intro to my song fit quite nicely, however when the beat kicked in you'd expect some kind of climax. Very nice flash tho man, thx for using my song... can't believe I missed this =/

Hey man thanks for the review, sorry for the late response but school had me tied up. I see what you mean about the lack in climax, always room for improvement! I always use NG music in my work and never really popular songs. A: because I want my work to stand out and B: because it helps to get good audio artists work out there.

Hmm. I think you need a title screen, so when you lose you go back to the title, rather then having to re-calculate your fps everytime XD. I've never seen a preloader like that, so kudos. As the guy below me said, work on the graphics, etc. The music SUCKED tho.

The melody is very nice. I like how it progresses. There's a fair amount of harmonics, with plenty of movement to keep me interested. Some good percussion, although in the more quieter parts of the song, I found the rim hits a tad distracting. Nice beat variation, and different drums for different sections, worked well.
Your sound effects near the middle certainly changed the mood of the song, although I found the contrast a bit too much. I would make them a little bit more suttle, or work on the transition a little bit.
The buildup was superb. It really brought life into the track. I can hear the effort and emotion you put into this track, it really shows.
For the record, I really don't know much of anything about ambient / IDM, I'm just typing my thoughts :)
